How we vet
Application & eligibility
Every applicant submits qualifications, insurance details, registration body and a short statement on their practice. Anyone who doesn't meet the baseline is filtered out before review.
Interview & manual approval
Shortlisted coaches sit an interview with our team. We assess credentials, scope of practice, experience and client outcomes before granting access.
Onboarding & matching
Approved coaches build a profile. It grows as you do. The more specific your profile, the more specific your matches - knwn. finds clients based on fit, not visibility.
Ongoing performance review
Once listed, coaches are continuously assessed on client feedback, response times and match outcomes. Underperformers are paused or removed.
